Jean-Maxime Riviere French architect, urban planner and engineer has the first prize of architecture and urban planning of the competition of the Eiffel tower Foundation in Paris for his work within the Eiffel Tower.
He was the one who invented the transparent glass floor at the top of the Eiffel Tower so that tourists could see all of Paris. He also designed the tallest and most ecological tower in the world.
In Paris he rehabilitated several schools, public facilities, city hotels, but his dream is to build the city of the future with its tallest tower in the world. Since then he has designed a hundred projects including hotels, water sea front, restaurants, hospitals, schools in Paris.
With his skills in urban planning and his passion for innovative ecology architecture, Mr Riviere was the one who was selected by Paris City for the renovation of EFFEIL TOWER.
His idea was to build an 5 stars hotel in Effeil Tower and give visitors a new perception of the city, bringing an extra touch of spectacular. To do this, the architect Riviere came up with the idea of installing a glass floor surrounded by equally transparent railings at the central opening of the tower. It was inaugurated by the mayor of Paris in 2009….
Urban planner, design firms in ecological architecture, Jean-Maxime Riviere aims to use the latest environmentally friendly technologies to build mega structures at the cutting edge of ecological innovation while being sustainable and producing as little impact on the environment as possible in the consumption of green and recycled energy.
Our latest major innovation are the depolluting algae that absorb air pollution and we integrate them into the structures of urban buildings. A tube of algae cleanse the equivalent of 100 trees. Advanced technologies we are associated with KIANOS BIO-TECHNOLOGIE one of the three start-ups in the world capable of producing this Algaes energy. We attempt to do something that’s never been done before and it comes at a time when the world needs fresh thinking and new solutions to protect population health and the future of the planet.
Our dream is to give a better world for the next generation…
