Our team won the first prize of architecture, designed and urban planning of the Eiffel Tower Fondation in Paris France. So Paris City ask our team to design the first floor of the Eiffel Tower, he renovated in 2014 inside the Effeil Tower and then he imagined and designed a 5 stars hotel inside the Eiffel Tower ..
For the Eiffel Tower in Paris ,architect Riviere imagined a glass floor surrounded by equally transparent glass. So visitors can walk 57 meters above the void and enjoy an exceptional view of Paris, but also of the rest of the tower. 1.85 meters wide of glass floor. It’s spectacular and unique in the world.

The floating port of the future & AsixConcept partner
The architect JM RIVIERE, engineer, urban planner imagined this floating port totally autonomous in energy that allows thanks to the wind turbine giant a new ecological approach.
Marine Energy Project innovative renewables, the floating port is made up a hotel as well as residential concept of appartement powered by this giant wind turbine able to produce the energy necessary for the whole port.
Our start-up, is looking for funding and manufacturing assistance for this new generation port design by developers who have the same futuristic vision.
